Small batches.
Big flavor.
Cozy Pear Cafe started the way most good kitchen habits do — a bottle we couldn't stop making for friends, and a market table full of people asking where to buy it. Every batch since has been blended by hand, a few bottles at a time. The jams came later, from the fruit and herbs the vinegars left behind.
Hi, I'm Kat.
Founder, maker, and flavor curator. What began as curiosity in the kitchen became a passion for handcrafted flavor — fresh ingredients, everyday cooking, and the quiet beauty of intentional food.
What if your salad dressing could taste like someone really thought about it? That's the question behind every bottle. I blend fruits, herbs, and curated pairings into something comforting and a little unexpected — cozy, elevated, and versatile enough to turn an ordinary meal into one you remember.
Every bottle and every jar is made to inspire connection: slow mornings at the table, shared meals, grazing boards, thoughtful gifts. Cozy Pear Cafe celebrates gathering and the simple beauty of good food shared well.
Thanks for being here. I hope you find a flavor that becomes part of your own table.
What is white balsamic?
White balsamic vinegar starts the same way traditional balsamic does — pressed white grapes — but it's cooked at a lower temperature, which keeps it light in color and softer, sweeter in flavor. Each CPC bottle is then hand-infused with real fruit, herbs, or spices for a small-batch finish you won't find on a regular grocery shelf — and once that fruit has given up its flavor, it becomes jam rather than compost.
Real ingredients, real benefits.
- Made from grapes, so every bottle carries natural polyphenol antioxidants.
- Fruit infusions bring their own vitamins and fiber along for the ride.
- Herb and spice blends add calming, anti-inflammatory aromatic compounds.
